There’s been times I’ve been annoyed at JP for some of his takes, but I still saw him as a good guy with a lot of knowledge of the what he’s talking about. With that said, I’ve noticed over the course of the past year, he’s been more defensive and more likely to attack people who maybe push back. This Georgia topic is one that’s really making me lose respect for him. He was more upset that somebody said Georgia has major issues, but still should be the favorite to win their conference, than he was about the Georgia issues. We understand you have an SEC bias, and you’re hesitant to call out a big program if it means losing access to their coach, but this is a little much. Instead of spending a segment yelling at people, maybe yell at a program that is out of control

Ohio State fired Urban Meyer because his WR coach had a domestic violence issue and Urban didn't carry out a citizens arrest. Lol legit the program knew about the problem, because he missed practices, cops were constantly involved and going to the house, etc... But Urban became the scapegoat for another man's in house issues with his own wife. If Urban Meyer, one of the best college football coaches of all time, can be fired for THAT. Then Kirby definitely doesn't get a pass for a dozen of DUIs, Reckless driving, and Assaults happening right in front of him and publicly.

LSUs rating is confusing to me. I understand that they were 9-3 last year with a horrible D, so obviously teams can win without D, or O in the case of Iowa. I also recognize that the heisman trophy winner and a bunch of elite playmakers are all gone. It seems really unlikely that they will be close to that elite on O this year and it seems that they whiffed on a bunch of the D overhaul. LSU finished #12 @ 10-3 last year and we’re really supposed to believe they lost the elite O but will be better?

If under Dabo's watch over the next 8 years Clemson's graduation rate fell to 41%, lead the country in arrests and had a staff member & player die in the middle of an obvious long term issue (ie. drinking & car racing),.....that would absolutely tarnish his legacy. I love the double standard that occurs b/n Dabo and Kirby Smart. Dabo catches as much heat over his views on the NIL/Transfer portal as Kirby has over Arrests/Graduation Rates and dying staff members/players. Much rather see us win 9-12 wins a year the next 8 years, never win another Natty, than see the cultural issues, arrests and deaths that we've seen at UGA the last 8 years. I would be so embarrassed.

I'm not saying swapping Penn state and Oregon just moving them down to 6 and everyone else up one. I really like Oregon and I'm probably wrong that's why they play the game on the field I just feel like the other teams are more proven as of today

I think the problem is not everyone has a universal understanding of what culture means, and depending on how it’s defined by the individual(s) or group(s), may not always be reflective of outcomes.

JP. The reason why you are getting blasted on the internet is you clearly said that Georgia doesn't have a culture problem a few shows back. Your definition of culture is based on Xs and Os (football perspective only). At what point does Georgia players are likely to get arrested for speeding become a culture?

Typing this before watching. If Josh "holds water" and yes it is holding water, for Kirby and UGAs culture this podcast -- we have to just say he's not objective on opinions towards coaches. That is fine, he like's to talk them up. Let's just be honest about it. He gets access and interviews that if he otherwise didn't if he talked poorly of them. Only reason I could think of. ---- Now watched. Kirby is not doing "enough" about it and it seems they care more about "winning at all cost" then anything else. Smael Mondon, arrested for reckless driving as the 25th player for traffic incidents since deaths of teammates -- no suspension (he's a starting safety of 3 years). Trevor Etienne DUI no suspension. Any coincidence that they play a tough game @ clemson week 1 and no suspensions of starters? Even for committing crimes after I'm sure they have been grilled on it. It's a culture problem, Georgia recruits well enough to mask those issues (they are the exception to the rule), does not mean they won't win at all cost.

Georgias culture is what it has been for my entire lifetime. The culture issue doesn’t come from the football team. It spills over into it from time to time, and we see it on the news. It’s school culture, not team culture.

I do understand the issues at Georgia are problematic. However, lets not sit here and act like the local police dept and GaStatePirates all across Georgia are wack at times with their wording. I got a citation for speeding and racing when I was in my early 20s. However, I was the only one on the road at the time, and when I asked the piggy who I was "racing," his response was, "Time." Still paid the fine for speeding (which i was fine with), but the "racing" was dropped. If I were to guess, I'd say maybe ¾ of them citiations are legit. The others are probably just for revenue.

I’d say Clemson is running a very efficient program. Like Deion, their wins are not UGA’s wins. Clemson graduates everybody, and as Colin and Joel said, they are a family not a factory. Sure they may not win championships anymore, but they also won’t go 6-6. Ask LSU and Auburn how fun it is to flop after a title

ik the ncaa is useless at this point but there needs to be a form of discipline from a higher level until the problem is fixed, however it will never happen because they bring in too much money. The SEC would lose thousands to hundred of thousands from disciplining them, so likely nothing will happen
