In Korea, tteokbokki is loved by all ages, but it is especially the soul food of many Korean girls. I am happy to see you guys enjoying it. I usually cook Korean food at home, so I don't go to Korean restaurants often, but seeing what you introduce looks delicious. I should visit there too. I wonder what you guys enjoyed the most.😋

Happy Alohan Friday! It's New Year in Cambodia. Delicious Korean food, similar to the entrees in California. The first time I had creamy tteokbokki is when I was in Sydney (located in New South Wales, Australia) for the last three months since January 2024 on vacation.

You can always ask them to fry the kimchee pancake up crispy. It all depend on preference. Jeon/bin dae ddeok is usually cooked so it has a bit of a chewy texture. Hence the ddeok in the name.
