I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

Fire in Quebec are way up in the middle of the province. I'm on the northern side of the St. Lawrence and I didn't saw more deers than usual... But I notice less coyotes so maybe we have more deers on the soutern side and they move down to you

I have the duel eletric/propane fridge and freezer. I have propane lights and fireplace. Plus eletric lights, wood fire place. Eletric heat pump paired with a propane furnace. For power I have a desiel & propane generators. They both have 2000 gallon tanks. I have a small solar farm, wind mills & a small run of river hydro setup plus a battery reserve that can run everything full blast for 72 hours. So if something bad happens I will be ok for awhile!

Timing belt I'd get done 70-80K especially if you're going in to the bush. Make sure to use Toyota OEM parts. Might benefit from doing water pump and thermostat at same time. Surprised that Toyota still uses timing belts...most manufacturers switched to timing chains, which do not need maintenance.

No surprised to see deers in Maine. In the Eastern Townships of south of Québec province, there A LOT , A LOT of deers (called here cerfs de Virginie). They probably moove from Québec to Northern Maine, it is near for them to search new territories. The last years wild fires were situated more in the north territories of Québec where there not much deers than mooses. So that make me think that you have the eastern townships ones. Have a great day both of you. 🦌🦌

Hi Post. You might want to mention your other channels verbally more often on your post 10 channel and vice versa. I found your other channels on accident after see you post 10 channel. I like all your content. There seems to be something for everyone. Also, so glad your girlfriend/fiance is along with you on these journeys. It was so nice to see her going after the crayfish as well.

Hey Post, when I was younger me and my dad would find lots of snapping turtle nests along the Ipswich river and the ones that were damaged from critters we would take home and hatch them and release them back when they were strong enough, so I don't see any issues with relocating them except maybe how deep you put them underground, you'd have to look that one up. You're talking about direct injection engines. Older engines use port injection where the fuel is injected via the intake ports and the air/fuel mixture passes over the valves and then into the combustion chamber. Direct injection injects fuel directly into the cylinder so you don't get the cleaning effect of the fuel passing over the valves. Carbon and other gunk eventually builds up on the valves via the PCV system and will eventually need to be cleaned. The best engines use port and direct injection for the best of both worlds.

TURTLE EGGS: With some reptile eggs, temperature has a bearing in what sex the baby’s will be. I don’t know if relocating the eggs or not will make a difference.
