Thank you very much for making this video, Justin! I intend to complete my B.A. degree at W.G.U. in a couple of months; I just have 43 credits remaining! My ambition is to complete a master's degree in education from W.G.U. by March next year. I chatted with South College about the DBA degree and they sent me a link. You are an inspiration to me! I hope you keep us updated on your progress and how long you estimate it will take you. You said how different it is from W.G.U. and how many assignments there are compared to W.G.U. Thanks Justin. I’ve watched most (if not all) of your videos and they’ve been very helpful. I just started the MSML program at WGU and I’m considering getting my DBA from South College. Do you feel like the study skills and program layout at WGU has prepared you for what it will take to complete the doctoral program at SC?

Hi James, thanks for your comment and finding the videos helpful! I'll be creating a video specifically on that topic in about a month as I gain more experience. In short, WGU definitely prepared me for both my doctoral work at South College and work in general. Self-directed learning isn't easy, but it has positively impacted my everyday life. Just keep in mind that South College's workload is a bit more intense with each course worth 9 credits. The assignments aren't overly challenging, but there's a lot of work involved. WGU gave me the skills and confidence to handle it all efficiently. Hope that helps!
