It’s so fun to see what children choose to put in their own gardens. My son loves to garden and has his own little plot that he is in charge of planning, weeding, watering and harvesting. This year he chose to plant egg plant, beets, radish, cucumbers and turnips. All his favorites.

I can't get over how grown up Abby is! I remember her birth! I also remember Biddle being a baby. Have I been watching that long!?!? I love Esther's roses, and Joseph is so grown up too. He was just a little guy! Beautiful children and beautiful garden! Much love from the Lenzes to the Smyths. Jeshua bless you always!

@@1000sofroots My eldest is 29, and youngest is 17, so my children have grown up alongside yours which I've always treasured since I discovered your channel all those many years ago. I've celebrated with your joys and cried and prayed for you through sorrows. I've learned so much about gardening, as well as, and most importantly about our God's beauty and grace through your channel. You are SUCH a blessing, and near and dear to my heart, Kip, Carrie and children. xoxo

I actually made the bread/cake and have had two pieces already. It’s fantastic.! I’m wondering if you have a cookbook that you get most of your recipes or if you could suggest where you might have found many of them they’re always so good.
@1000sofroots7 ай бұрын
Thanks for asking. I don't have a cookbook that I get most of my recipes from. Most have come from friends or family and I have adapted them to fit our dietary needs. A few have been from The Elliot Homestead.🙂 Blessings to you.❤

Hello dear sister! I have a humble request. Could you and/or Kipp do a series on all the Feast times and how you observe them. We have come to realize that we are to observe the Sabbath day not Sunday. We are also feeling led to observe the feasts and celebrations in the Word. I have been watching you for a long time. Your family and channel have blessed me. May you be blessed in your efforts to glorify Yahweh ❤ I pray that you feel led to share the celebrations of the Bible. Thank you for your hard work on the channel. Have missed seeing Kipp on the channel also. Blessings to you sweet sister ❤ Tammy

Thank you for your encouraging words and kind request Tammy.🙂 We will pray about your request and see how the Father leads. We still feel so new to keeping the feasts, but enjoy them more and more each year. Blessings to you as you follow in His ways.❤

How do you prevent tick bites while still wearing skirts? They are horrible in MO this year!
@1000sofroots7 ай бұрын
They are pretty bad this year. I try not to walk through tall grassy areas or in the woods during tick season. And I can feel them as soon as they get on my skin, so I almost never have one bite in. We do regular tick checks to make sure no one has one bit in. Hope you find something that works for you. Blessings.❤

What is your Christian religion? Are you required to wear a head covering?
@1000sofroots6 ай бұрын
We are whole Bible believers who do our best to follow Yahshua the Messiah through faith that leads to obedience. No, I am not required to wear a head cover. It is a custom that is encouraged in 1 Corinthians 11, but not a command. I choose to wear one out of love, respect, and honor for Yahweh and my husband. Blessings to you.❤
