Hello. I live in the US so I cannot come to be treated with you guys, but I am suffering from what is similar to this video. I just want to know What is the best therapy for this particular type of BPPV? What do you do for sideways nystagmus? Does it always indicated a lateral canal? And what is the best test to diagnose this particular issue? Please help me by responding. I really am desperate. Thank you.

Hi @@kaoruyamazaki5724, my colleague provided the following answer: "Thank you for reaching out Kaoru. Horizontal BPPV is a complex topic and there are multiple treatment options for this subtype of BPPV. We recommend you book in with an ENT specialist to get your condition properly diagnosed. The head roll test is the main diagnostic test to diagnose this condition. It is only through a proper diagnosis that an effective treatment maneuver can be prescribed and performed." Hope this answer provides some clarity Kaoru, and I wish you the best of luck with getting treatment. Best regards, Shane

@@InteracousticsTV where are you guys located? I am in the US. Can I even make an appointment with your clinic?

@@kaoruyamazaki5724 Sorry for the confusion, we're not a clinic - we manufacture the TRV Chair. There are a couple of clinics in California that have the TRV Chair - don't know if this is in your vicinity? Best regards, Shane
