Hello , my dog just had surgery. I have absolutely no idea what I’m looking at 😭 I’m terrified for him , been up all night. Back to the vet to get it re dressed because he’s a pro at getting the cone off quickly and he pulled the dressing down to where I can see a bit of metal on his upper hip. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Do injures do this and can it be prevented for his left leg? My poor guy was a bit over weight when it happened , I think because we don’t even know how this happened. Bone supplements the rest of his life and bone food. 😢 He was only used to eating the soft tube. Obesity did this to my poor Charlie. I really just hope that his other leg doesn’t get hurt. 😞 They recommended that his other leg get done too???
