I could watch this video 100 times and have all those tool snap still not get anywhere close to that result. This takes a VERY skilled eye to know the angles to pull, how hard to pull, where to hammer, ect, ect. Extremely skilled art here. You can tell this dude has been doing this for a very long time.

This shop is a couple of miles from me and I've used it twice. Both times produced good results. There's this pesky pillar in my condo's parking garage. Anyway, what a surprise and joy to see this on KZbin. He really is that good. Take it from a customer.

Yeah, but now you've got a paint system that is different from factory. You may have to blend into the bonnet or risk a mismatch. You've also got to remove door top trim (with risk of rippling it) and handle (or mask around and have lacquer peel later) and soft mask the lacquer all around the door. You've also got to rust protect the inside of the wing and align for all gaps. Then in three years time your paint blend will start to show because refinishing paints are literally a different product to production paint. Then you've got the cost of the wing (assuming it's available), time off road, energy costs for your oven and environmental costs. Most of all, the value of the car after this sort of PDR to this quality is completely as it was the minute before the accident. A multiple painted car is never as nice and therefore never worth as much as something with 100% factory paint.

Great work. but unless this only takes 12minutes in reality to make it look this good. I feel like it's still way easier to replace a repainted fender then do all this but that's ok because I still live in the stone age. But you did a hell a of a job I'm just saying a respray and replace is easier for me. This dude is an absolute pro. Hes the man of steel I wanna be the man of recycled steel

Great work firstly, but how much did you charge for this though, was it cheaper than paying an insurance excess

What do you mean by removing buckles in the panel?. It that like a small dent or something that will make the dent go back in place ?

@@DentDiscountPDRBodyShop nice!. I never thought about what made dents go back in place. But now im subscribed. Way to go man i like your method of hot gluing the wood n parts to pull rather than weld n etc. And thanks also for clarifying but when u remove buckles it aint so hitting hard to keep it in place but rather lightly tap it to remove the tension to make stay in its original shape ? Atleast thats how i took it but cool man u got me hooked on this
