Big up dan! All this mess is due to boehly's mistake of picking the wrong partners in buying chelsea fc. All the fanbase are picking sides but seems to forgotten that all this mess is due to boehly. We had experienced players that were past their prime but was overpaid & had potter as manager in boehly's 1st season & finished 12th! Then after that when eghbali took over it was all about young inexperienced kids to be develop and sold for pure. Boehly should sell all of his shares to a saudi billionaire so the new owner can buy out clearlake shares in the future. No more consortium or partners anymore just a single owner please!

I’ve followed this saga very closely over the past 2 yrs especially when I read that Egbali was personally involved and in pushing for the purchase of Enzo Fernandez a needless and wasteful purchase, just a younger version of Jorginho. Nothing that is happening now has surprised me at all.

Although if Todd was sole owner, he may well be prepared to lose money as the price for owning our club, but if he has to bring on board others , they will surely want a profit as a condition of any loan to Todd ? The project is great yes it will take time bt I believe that in 2 yrs time we will be champions of England coz of the squad we have and the youngsters who will be coming through the academy and development squads.

I feel like your anger at buying youth model is nothing to do with the model bt simply coz academy player's are being sold. Now let's be honest apart from Reece James and Colwill none of the rest are good enough for Chelsea to be competing for the premier league. So they are revamping the style of play from top to bottom hence the recruitment of prospects. Where you are confusing things is you think that all the young talent being bought are for the first team and that's not true.
