Some good news, but for those that travel to Calbayog city from either Manila or Cebu makes the extra travel difficult. Clark is a new airport, but the travel time to Manila takes time.

I disagree. So many flight delays for domestic flight when I am at naia. They need to fix. Sometimes international flight are on 30 minute holding pattern just to land. I am glad we will have reduced delays. I do think that those flights can depart during hours where there is little to none airport traffic.
