@The Iowa Clinic i have same symptom as sciatica and different doctor saying different thing my doctor dont seem to have any clue while different nero surgeon said different thing nerve test is ok they did ct scan that did not show much one dr diagnose me and send me to surgery but the surgeon said he cant perform surgery as itt will not effect i am on pain killer oxycot and pre gabalin i keep my leg raised when sleeping plz help me what test or what should i do my doctor say u have to mentally thing there is no pain i am good at taking pain but here i have left leg that get number tingling sometimes feels cold back left muscle become as hard as rock i am also on muscle relaxant my doctor are not just able to figure out my left left is weak i also have issue on neck going down to my shoulder bone behind it traveling to my back

Sleeping on hot pad on low and ya gotta pick one with a decent heat range too hot sucks. Most cheapos R like that. That helps the lower back. Restoring the calf muscle is diff. I have bouts with this sheet myself. Its terrible. Get the injections in both calves not just the hard one. The never pain is also affected by wearing heavy clothes & belts. Pick a thin cloth belt.

Lost my career and life because of this.. so debilitating. And the fact people call deadlifts fitness is bs.. anyone who thinks they’re so great, do a 2 mile run then deadlift 135 10x10. Do that every single day 7 days a week for 6 months.. and I’ll have someone else do a bicep curl after 2 mile run.. the bicep curler may have some minor knee pain from the constant running, but the deadlifter will be crippled surely.

@@killerzzgamingcoc8936 yea it’s a horrible lift. I knew someone who could do a single leg pistol squat with a front load on a barbel on a bosu ball. The guy was so athletic and even he herniated his disc doing just a 135 lb deadlift. Bruce Lee had a herniated disc from a 95lb good morning..
