Lovely Video! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Franaar Breathtaking Motion Formula (search on google)? It is a great one off guide for Curing Sciatica without the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy at very last got cool results with it.

I was a Sciatica sufferer for almost 7 months. I was a bit skeptical but I was in so much pain I was willing to try anything to get a good nights sleep. Perfect workout for sciatica. My sciatica flare up couple of days ago was really bad. I couldn't walk with my left leg because of excruciating pain radiating from my back to my foot, and had to use a cane. After 2x a day for 2 days doing the 18 minute HASfit exercises for sciatica, now I can walk comfortably without a cane and with minimal pain. I'll continue doing this routine until all pain is gone. It really works and I don't need to take meds for the pain which is fantastic. Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia.

Oh I'm really hoping I have similar results. I'm exactly as you described at the moment. Can't walk or get comfortable in any position! I've never had this pain so bad. 😫

Hello @@garima306 and thank you for asking. I'm feeling much better. I did a combination of ice therapy, OTC anti inflammatories, tens/ems therapy, rest and finally the stretching. I was much better within a few days and completely better in a week's time. I hope you're feeling better as well. I'm going to keep doing the stretching so hopefully I won't get back to such a terrible place. Best wishes!

I walk to and from work every day, and 40 minutes each way, and I have been having hip pain and piroformis issues especially on my right side and it's very painful. I came across your video for these wonderful stretches and I do them every day before my workout and what a difference in the way I feel and pain has been subsiding gradually. Yes brother surely u can lift even u can lift heavy.. can check my KZbin channel @itsallaboutfitness96 where I squat heavy often 😅... But I have limited my deadlift either I don't go heavy or just skip it doing some heavy machines tbars ... Conclusion: just give time, take rest ,do this wonderful 18 min stretch & boom ur back will return to beast training 💪🏻...... Also it has been ducking 5 years since I commented 😭 also let me know this helped u or not ☺️

I just saved this video to my favorites. This is my second time in my life I’ve had sciatica pain. Exercises helped them go away the last time. This really helps me everyday. There is always pain in my pelvis, gluts and all the way down to my feet everyday and this really helps me alleviate the pain and be able to move and do my job everyday. I also noticed that my lower limbs are getting stronger and stronger as days go by.

Making use of it finally takes away the nasty feeling of sciatica pain and the pressure it gives on my back. Browsing the net is an excellent approach to know more about the 4SciaticaPainCure.blogspot.com back pain guideline. With this, you can sleep in different positions. Helps my hip pain and it`s comfy.

I’ve had this pain for 3 weeks and the minute I did this and followed up with a low impact 20 minute HIIT my pain went from a level 9/10 to a 1/2. Amazing! Will be keeping this in my back pocket and will continue doing these stretches weekly. Thanks so much!

Like many other commentators, I was struggling with sciatica pain for a few weeks. It got to the point where I couldn't sit at all. I could lie down or stand up. I was pacing around my apartment and utterly miserable. Monday I found this video and after doing it twice a day...and the improvement in only 5 days is astounding! This is such a helpful routine! I like that it's less than 20 minutes as it makes it easy to fit into the day. Thank you so much!!! 💜💜💜

This is helping me so much with my sciatica, I’ve had leg pain all day I’ve done this work out and it’s taken it away. I’ve suffered with it for around 9 months. I am still getting some backache but I will continue to do these exercises. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

What a magic . I call these exercises pure magic. Sciatica pain on my left leg and hip was new to me. I had no clue why and how this pain started. It was excruciating pain which I never felt before. Someone told me that it might be Sciatica pain. So I came across this video and OMG it's magic. My pain got reduced in couple days and then it vanished in couple weeks. So on the second and the third day, it got down to 40 percent then in a week or got down to 50 percent. Then in 12 to 14 days the pain was down to 80 percent. Today is my 16th day and now it's almost over The beauty of this magical exercise is that you feel the stretch, the pain reduction in just two days. You can feel that it's stretching exactly at the spot where the pain exists... THE PIGEON EXERCISE IS THE BEST. ITS MY FAVOURITE. YOU CAN FEEL THE STRETCH. ITS LITTLE PAIN FUL IN THE FIRST TWO DAYS BUT THE PAIN VANISHES

This workout is amazing. So short and simple but super effective! I had sciatica so badly that I could hardly walk and I was in a lot of discomfort. I did this before bed and my pain had subsided by 70%. Two nights in a row and in the morning, I was completely pain free with full range of motion back in my legs. Incredible!

@@prashantjaiswal2588 Hello! Thinking back, I can't recall exactly where the pain was located that made it difficult to walk (I have not experienced it since). My typical sciatica discomfort would be in my thigh and buttocks. When it occasionally begins to flare up, I do this video to eliminate it and it never becomes debilitating.

I went to 2 different physical therapists to help my lower back and sciatica problems and most of these were in my routine but It's great to see a few new ones to add to what actually works to relieve pain and stiffness. Who would have thought KZbin and this video saved my life. There wasn't a pill,or a doctor or treatment that helped me..20 minutes a day when I woke up watching and doing this video turned my life around and cleared up my sciatica pain in a week.when I say pain, my life has become utter hell. When your not feeling well all aspects of your life are damaged..I now wake up energized and looking forward to doing these quickly and easy warm ups in the morning.. truly a life saver, I recommend this work out to any one with sciatica pain . I had sciatic pain for ten months. Tried different ways-massages, chiropractor, stretches by other KZbinrs. They help a bit. But this video is the pain killer in total. I feel results every day. Within a week after I started , the pain almost is gone. Thanks so much, you are life savers!

I'm back following the program as ONCE AGAIN my Sciatica has returned. Didn't do anything strenuous just bent down to retrieve something that fell on the ground. TY so much for helping all of us. After 4 sessions the relief is kicking in. I will soooo follow this regiment moving forward and take your advice on maintenance and always do 2 to 3 sets a week. Oh my God, this was fantastic. I've had back trouble for the past couple months, last week felt it was developing to sciatica. On my way to work, I felt numbness in my left leg & my foot got pins&needles. Just did this & I was able to get off the floor with no pain. Already this had helped relieve a lot of tension. I'm suffering from a protrusion at my l4 l5s1, I had a Laminoctimy in 2012 for a work injury. My pain was controlled until recently. However for about three months my right foot from heel to middle sole is 75% numb. Proceeding this I had horrible sciatica and was prescribed Gabapentin. This seemed to help a little. I tried a steroid injection that didn't help and my doctor is telling me I have few options. Physical Therapy, Acupuncture and surgery. He also told me most surgeon's wont do the procedures due to scar tissue. I'm hoping beyond hope I can get the feeling back in my foot and heal this horrible pain and disabilitation. It's been hell to say the least. I'm going to give it 110% though, and beat this! Thank you for the video.

I had very bad case. Almost crippled. I have been doing this exercise for about 6 months. Very difficult at the beging but it was getting better and easier by the days. Now l am standing straight. Pains has reduced drastically. Sometimes l do it twice daily. Much more better with more confidence. l am living a better quality life.

This video saved my life!! I had sciatica last month (cause sitting for a long time everyday is my routine), and I've been struggling with it. I've been having sciatica pain for almost 2 months now. Tried several exercises and not so much relief. I tried this session for 3 days and it sure worked for me. I can walk better and the pain is almost gone. My 4th day today and tried the 20 min session. Im feeling so much relief. Thank you!!!

Hey you guys are amazing I have been doing this work out since the last 4 to 5 years whenever I get my sciatica pain. And each time within two to three days I see the results and my pain vanishes.. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and good wishes from India thank you again.. ❤❤

This (and your other sciatica video) saved me. I don't know how else to put it. We all sit too much these days, especially working from home on the computer. The sciatica pain got worse and worse. I tried so many "Just this one move will permanently cure your sciatica!" videos and none worked. Then someone in my workout group recommended this. Quick fix? No, just like the coaches said. I did it every day for about 6-8 weeks and the stabbing pain continually subsided until it went away. I still do it 3 days a week to keep it from reoccurring, Prehab, as they say in the video. No need for physical; therapy when you have this video. It's a Godsend. Coaches, thank you SO much! Your video got me out of pain and should keep me that way.

Good morning...That is the best excersise that I saw and I done and I'll do it everyday because it is effective to all with sciatic pain for my own expereince now when I do it,and also it is the best stretching for all.im from the Phillippines...good luck,congrats for what good works you done for all people who saw that excersise for have an sciatic pain,it's relieve the with a good feelings after they do that excersise,for me right now I felt comfortable after I'll done that excersise you reached...May God Bless the two you and take care of you and to your family circle...Thanks Be God.......

Update: I started doing these exercises every morning from Thursday, and I am able to move with very little pain today. Back story: My sciatica started off Monday morning, and I was not able to walk. I needed help up to get back on my feet, and every step made me cry. I tried a hot water bottle, ice pack, and electric therapy. None of them worked, and I woke up still in pain with very little improvement. I stumbled on this video and gave it a try. The first day, I could not for the life of me lift my legs, and I struggled to do most of the exercises. But I listened to the video and changed my approach. I woke up the next day in shock and was able to move with some improvement. Every day, I did the video, seeing improvement each time. To the point I am now able to touch my feet. The pain is gone in the back. I can walk properly and was over the moon. I'm now living a happier life because of this channel. Thank u both

That's why he keeps mentioning about not over stretching. do and stretch to the extent that makes you comfortable.. over the period of time you will improve with the stretching. it really helps believe me !!! peace

Keep trying. I have been suffering from sciatic pain for 7years. It really helps. Instant pain relief. I hope it works for you. This is by far the best exercise for sciatic pain you can find on KZbin. Really hits the spot in all angle.

Ive been to the e.r and have $6000 in medical bills and all I got was some pain meds that make me bleed when I go to the bathroom and I still couldn’t walk the next day...this free exercise video gave me more relief then going to the emergency room and all it cost was 19 min of my life... you guys deserve to be big thank you for the video, much respect.

I’m here in 2022 and started doing these workouts about 4 days ago. I wasn’t able to walk last week because of sciatica pain but now I’m back up and moving and if i feel a small pain come back I just right back to the stretches and it helps me immediately! Omg I'm right where you were! Excruciating pain! Can't walk, can't get comfortable sitting or lying down. I'm going to attempt these stretches as soon as the pain subsides a little bit. Waiting for naproxen to kick in.
