The emery cloth is held for both hands between the thumb and forefinger only. This prevents a finger or thumbnail from being torn off if the tape is swallowed.

Good job Aaron. Park your carriage as the tail stock stop, then when you make multiple passes it will have a consistent stop.

That’s a very good question. I suppose most threads are possible with the correct chasers installed. But I haven’t seen it done. Cheers Aaron

They are still made and will accept both metric and imperial chasers.Sit down before you check the price of new heads.

G'day Mark. Unfortunately all these heads that I'm using don't belong to me. My customer Wayne supplied me with the heads and chasers to use on his studs and bolts for his old vintage engines. He said I can hang on to them for a while and show them on my channel. Cheers, Aaron

G'day Robert. Some of the Indian made stuff isn't too bad these days. Remember we saw some of their stuff at the machinery show in Sydney. I would say it was better than the Chinese made stuff. That said, they're still not cheap are they? My buddy Micheal Connor (who you met) said you can still find the chasers, but you'll pay dearly for them. Cheers Robert, Aaron 😉
