So iv just made this from scratch using your base gravy recipe from another video, done my own mixed spice from a BIR recipe book, marinaded my lamb overnight and pre cooked it... and I can confirm that this is 100% bang on the money. Bloody delicious

This was soooooooo delicious, I ate the entire pot of lamb. I'm mad that I only purchased a small amount and the lamb was mostly bone. I am going to a different butcher this week and make this dish for my family for New Year's Day. Thank you!!!!!

Thank you. I've been cooking curries now for 1-1/2 years, South Indian, Sri Lankan, Rajasthan, and Caribbean. This is an interesting take on things. I haven't made a base sauce (curry) but am about to for I believe it will serve well for S. Indian and Carib style. I love curry; thanks this this is fun to watch and learn.
