Absolutely! It's the mix on them. They do cut, but I add some 10k on the mix just to get some bite on them, but they are really soft and warm without the 10k frequency addition. Thanks for checking it out! If you can share the video that would be awesome!

I put the wrong image up by accident, too many layers going on while editing and just got mistaken. Same concept though of what I was speaking about in the video. But the image is a rumba clave, but should have been a son clave.

Thank you so much! The hi hats are R&D (research and development) models I asked for from Meinl. They are essentially thinner and lighter versions of the foundry reserve hi hats that Meinl makes but to my specs.
