I am very sorry for your loss it has now been nearly 15 years. I can only imagine the pain that is the loss of a child. I think of the words of Queen Elizabeth when she said that "Grief is the price we pay for love".

What a shame! I am sorry to read such a depressing message on these comments, most of whom are usually brief and somewhat uplifting. I hope your child was guided out of this world by the Requiem Mass? I went to a Novus Ordo Mass for a deceased monk on saturday but it didn't do me personally any good. Too much talk, too personalised in a bad way. Let's hope, that when the Angel greets you at Heaven's gate, a child will appear smiling from behind his cloak!
