I just got a set of these. Haven’t gotten them on a tree yet but they pack better than any other sticks that I’ve had. Like you said, I like the simplicity of them. Paired with my Novix Helo it’s like 14lbs and some change. I have a saddle setup but these sticks and the Helo feel like nothing on my back. The issues with the sticks are overblown IMO. I think people are just skeptical because they aren’t metal. They have a 275lb weight rating because the liability insurance was cheaper for 275lbs than 300lb+.

Sitting on a log in a WMA watching this lol. Just got to the top of a ridge I’m scouting and it’s a damn sauna. Typically I don’t care about a few lbs for sticks but this reminds me how nice these would be during early season in Arkansas. Hot and humid takes it out me.

I would want to see more standoff length. 4 plus. I'm sure it was a safety issue to make longer standoff which is worrisome since it still only has 275 pound rating. I am going to stay with my 20 inch EWOs

Great review I just ordered a set. For comparison I was using Hawk 3 steps and one comes in at 3lbs and you only gain - couple of inches. I got the aiders and I can’t wait to test them too

I've been very happy with mine as well. I'm a bigger guy at 250 but don't feel nervous on them at all. Not sure why these are getting beat up so bad on social media. They're a great stick with some crazy innovation. You'd think everyone would be happy with something new. Kudos to Lattitude for pushing the bar!

That’s hard to say… I try not to throw anything out of the tree. But by the feel I definitely wouldn’t suggest dropping them on a root from a high elevation!

Light is all good but when you have to have way more then 6 it adds up just to get the right height. I hunt up around 15 to 25 ft up so im not sure about these.

The claims of user error seemed to have been based solely off the picture and assumptions being made. But yeah, I wasn’t there either. All I do know is he is a smart guy and a gear junkie who has been anxious to get his sticks. I know he watched all the videos of the sticks before getting them. Would be weird for anyone that has gotten them this early to have not watched the videos on them and to not know how to use them properly. Nobody is just walking in off the street and buying these sticks that they know nothing about. Anyone with them this early knows all about them. But that’s just my opinion I suppose. Time will tell. I hope they’re great sticks because I actually want a set myself.

Your PROs & CONS section is incomplete. How about PRICE: $270 for 3 sticks. Almost $100 per stick. Crazy expensive and 3 sticks will not get into a 10 ft stand.

They are $250 at scheels (actually had them on sale for $187), around $86/stick after taxes not bad for what they are plenty of heavier more budget sticks or plenty of slightly lighter more expensive sticks. If you aren't getting more than 10ft you are under 5ft tall or taking baby steps
