Question~ Self taught SMM here (started as a virtual assistant and gravitated towards social media) How do you go about imposter syndrome? My business is about to be a year old and I have a few clients that I've been working with for a couple of months and I'm getting nervous that they aren't generating sales yet. - They are start ups and I do keep up to date on trends, marketing strategies, and social platform updates but I just feel like a fraud, lol

That's a very helpful point regarding exclusivity on businesses (competitor wise) I have not taken on competitors between my ongoing clients as that's not felt right for me to do so, however I have carried out one off sessions for competitor businesses.

For competitive clients, since my marketing is so niche I do have clients who are technically competitors. I find I am able to make it benefit both - for examples, if a photographer sends me albums for a wedding at one venue, I’ll ask if they have any from the other!

Like a month ago I started being a freelance SMM..I also did the Hubspot academy course it was really helpful to talk with points with my clients. Hi Latasha! I've been freelancing for a few years now, but never actually got a client from a simple conversation. So, how it is done? I don't find any resources about it. Like, if I reply on Instagram to their story, what's the next step to convert them to a client or even open that topic? I'm an introvert and my mind goes blank every time I write a message in a conversation!
