Another great vid!! Apart from size is there much difference across brand of jug when it comes to latte art? What brand do you and your team use?
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters4 ай бұрын
We like to use the same jugs as our customers to show how effective they are without spending a fortune. These are Rhino 360m and 600m pitchers.

WOW! I think you just solved my problems! The emphasis on my lack of conviction when starting the pattern! I've been too scared to pour, so it wasn't actually pushing the milk forward!

The Swift grinder in the background, do you find the dose jumps around a lot?
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters4 ай бұрын
Yes, the Swift grinder is great for speed but at the compromise of not being able to manage dose which can fluctuate by about 2 grams. Lots of pro's and con's of that grinder.

Brilliant, Any advice from stretching soy milk.?
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters6 ай бұрын
Add a dash and blend it into the shot. Then pour in one motion without the stop and drop so the soy doesn’t have time to clump together 👍🏻

What is the best size cup/mug to use?
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters4 ай бұрын
Depends on your coffee shot and preferred strength. For us, we use a 22.5g dose, 45g yield of our medium roast in a 350g mug.

To my tastes, latte art generally comes at the expense of flavor given the amount of milk required to provide a suitable canvas. Any tips for using the least amount of milk possible in a milk drink (for instance by maybe frothing more or using only whole milk?) and still making both art…and art?
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters4 ай бұрын
Great to see your still watching mate, thanks for the support. Sound like you just need a smaller cup 😆 A good barista can still pour latte art with any froth level in any size cup.

Why don't you produce videos on how we can make cappuccino at home with just a french press and a moka pot? these are inexpensive unlike the fancy machines in cafes.
@jocrumb23203 ай бұрын
They are a business that works with cafes. Their target market is mainly professional baristas.
