Ingredients :
Water dough (水油皮）：
200g plain flour （普通面粉/中筋面粉）
2 tbsp caster sugar （细砂糖）
60g ghee（无水奶油）
100ml water（水）
Oil dough（油酥）:
160g plain flour（普通面粉/中筋面粉）
80g ghee (无水奶油）
Filling (馅料) :
250g candied winter melon（冬瓜糖）
60g toasted white sesame seeds （炒香白芝麻）
100g Cooked glutinous rice flour / Gao flour （糕粉）
120ml water （水）
2 tbsp oil （油）
1 Whole egg （全蛋）
1/8 tsp salt （盐）
