It is quick to load, smooth as butter even on a lower-end system, fully interactive in VR, global streaming scenery, the airliner systems are modelled enough to do a cold and dark take off and ILS approach and landing, everything just works, I've never had a crash to desktop - what's not to like?! Ok, it's missing a few key things like multiplayer, ATC, Vatsim integration, passenger loading / ground crew operations - but for a quick to jump in fix, without having to set up all your yokes and throttles and so on and so forth - I love it.

we need a hybrid solution vr gloves (for haptic feedback) so we can use our hands to operate the cockpit and a HOTAS solution to be able to fly like a sane person. Given up with MSFS 2024 for now, will probably purchase it when the marketplace is open and more of the bugs have been quashed. I would play Aerofly more if the developers introduced real weather and ATC but I understand it’s a small development team and neither of these items are likely to be added any time soon. Apparently the flight characteristics of the helicopters are very highly praised if that’s your thing…

What a great video! Your videos from Aerofly FS4 were what made me get my own VR headset last year - and I haven't regretted it one bit! I must say I quickly switched to VTOL VR, though, as it was just simpler to learn all the (much simplified) controls. But now I really want to get back into FS4. Can you maybe give me some pointers how to learn and get started? Unfortunately there are no real ingame tutorials and reading guide after guide is a LOT to take in. Watching you flying an A320 and (apparently) known what to do all the time is exactly what I want to be able to do - but can you give me a few hints how to get there? Naturally, watching your videos has already helped me a lot :-) But I'm not quite there yet that I can simply get my VR headset, plan a route, and perform a complete cold and dark start, flight, and landing. I know there are great guides on the official website, but how do you memorize all of that? Anyway I want to add your content is really great - I've watched most if not all of your Aerofly videos by now and enjoyed every single one of them!

It is nowhere near realistic, because in VR you would need 16K resolution twice (once for each eye) rendered at minimum 90fps to merely EQUAL the resolution of a standard 4k monitor.
