Laughter Therapy for Alzheimer’s Patients

Dani’s mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and she realized that her mom might benefit from a comedian to help her with depression. After seeing what a powerful affect the laughter had on her mother, Dani created Laughter on Call, which pairs comedians with Alzheimer’s. Dani joins The Doctors with comedian Michael to share how this works to help patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
