Thank you for the thorough and honest report on this scanner. I've never seen this scanner with so many variants. I agree with your findings. That being said I'm going to stick with the autel or Xtool.

Nice! At last youve got the launch and i respect your opinions on these scanners. Ive got my self 4 xtools due to your reviews. Well all 3 were sold but kept the a30m as a DIYer.. Kindly showcase coding capabilities of this launch and ive noticed that launch are good when it comes to adaptations and relearns. And to add on that i quite check these scanners a lot and noticed that the x431 elite pro vs the crp919 bt has mostly same capabilities but the crp’s cant be hooked with the other accessories and i noticed that the icons on their service functions are like texts compared to the x431 that has a picture that helps you locate the functions easily

Yea. Took a long time but finally here. I'll lookout for a car to showcase coding! I think Launch has one of the most discombubulating naming nomenclature! But that could just be me getting introduced to the Launch ecosystem.

Any updates with your x431 pro elite? Im buying a new scanner torn between otofix d1 lite (cheaper) or should i get a launch x431 pro elite? Hope i get your valuable insights

Finally got mine now. However hopefully you can make in the future how to backup this device in your computer as how you did for the autel

I'm interested in this tool, if I don't renew, I just don't get updates or won't be able to use the scanner?

According to Launch, if you dont renew, you only won't get updates. Tool is said to still function.
