Thanks, this is cool. I just 3D printed it (will be a while before I get to use it though). I just got my Fimi A3 and have thought about designing my own drop, when I ran across this.

Pretty cool way to launch a drone using another drone to launch the other drone. The view from the FIMI A3 was excellent and finding the drone was very challenging.

Hi and thanks for sharing ; How is the drone port controlled from the mobile application?

The port is controlled by the Fimi A3's transmitter. In settings change the default EV to PWM control and you will be able to control the servo with the dial on the transmitter.
