Yes anyone can raise a concern but this can be done to stitch people up, even if they are practising Safely, a form of bullying and confidence smashing , I understand the importance of raising concerns When there is an issue But note it can be also be abused.

I am glad that the RCN was mentioned because in the past they use to support nurses, but not recently. So in protest a lot of nurses like myself have cancelled our subscriptions and joined Unison. I love the speech, many thanks.
