This is so 80s. Her hair is still a little crazy, but not to compare with her early 80s hair colours. But you can also sense that she is more mature here, because she speaks a lot different than what she did in the early 80s. So I think that this is a transitional period for her. Because of her album that came out in 1989, and also her break up with her manager and ex-boyfriend who was there with her in the early 80s to get her solo career started. :)
