I’ve been watching Laura’s videos for like 10 years. Guided me making my first turkey for thanksgiving. Now I make the turkey every year. Helped me with a lot of my basics. I follow so many other cooking channels now, but I always come back to Laura. Happy to still see new content coming out. Can’t wait to try this recipe out!

Just wish she didn't keep selling clothes from Amazon. It's too much and the clothes are bad quality
@taranehquinn3977 ай бұрын
@@lsr1628I hope she never stops. I never bought myself stuff. Target clothes were ugly and I didn’t know where to start. I’ve gotten my favorite leggings because of her. Also my sneakers, a fun outfit that everyone complements me on and I can go on on. And cute tops from old navy. If it wasn’t for her I would still look like a scrub 🤣🤣🤣

Right? Now and then she shows up in my feed and she's always great. I haven't seen the Amazon plugs that a couple of folks mentioned but I do recommend just putting a couple of bucks in the tip jar for her. There's a thanks button right up there. Just smash it! I tip the kids behind the take-out counter... Laura does 10X the work the take-out kids do. Even street beggars get a pittance from a lot of the viewers here. I say flip her a couple of bucks. What do you think?

Laura, thank you for cooking this Peruvian chicken. I am from Peru, and I really appreciate you trying different recipes. I believe, we use an herb called "huacatay", which is very aromatic and full of flavour, for this sauce, instead of cilantro (we call it "culantro"). I am thinking the type of pepper we use is "ají amarillo", which we use a lot, almost in all of our dishes.

So my daughter asked me to try this recipe and I am so happy she did. It is absolutely delicious! The flavor from the marinade and the sauce are so very good. Of course, I made the recipe before seeing the video. I marinated the chicken for six hours. I cooked the chicken, on the stove, in a cast iron pan. I substituted labneh for the mayo and the sauce was excellent. Thank you, so much, Laura for sharing this recipe. It really is awesome!!!

This recipe is really AMAZING!!! I did not grill my chicken. I stove top cooked them. Making sure both sides of the chickens are well seared. Delicious in every way imaginable. This green sauce I have made it numerous times on my own years ago because I discovered it while trying Peruvian food for the first time and LOVED it. I keep this sauce handy for everything. Viewers, make this chicken today. You won't regret it.

Green sauce is a Peruvian American thing, they don’t use huacatay because it isn’t readily available in the US. It isn’t ají de huacatay or ocopa. The way she made the sauce is actually accurate (minus the onion,) that’s how restaurants in the US make it. Nevertheless, she did say inspired.
