There are so many women who are working out for a very long time now but not many who look so beautiful and feminine with that tiny waist and perfectly sculpted muscles. That’s a interesting statement she says about the contraction on the bottom of the hip thrust. When two other big time trainers like Bret contreras and Jermey either have done emg studies showing other wise. I wonder if it was bc of their setup? She's correct. Anything north of 15 reps on this Abduction Machine is most effective, at least for me. Low reps and heavy weight seem ineffective for this exercise.
