All “luxury” apartments are big. It’s one of the reasons they charge as much as they do. It’s regular NYC apartments that are small.

The little pink octopus on top of the bed and the turtle on the nightstand were my favorite parts and made me smile lol. Such a small but fun spark of personality!

This was a really good tour. Some of my favorite things are the amazing view, the shoe rack by the door, the bar stools, the removable lights in the kitchen and the bed frame. The over decor in the apartment is great! Awesome job!

You have everything you need in your apartment. Nice kitchen counter top, dresser, tv cabinet, shoe cabinet, work table, nice round trolley, walk in closet, and the best part is having a nice, elegant dining table. Most people only have the counter top for food prep and their meals as well. But it’s lovely to have a separate dining table should you wish for a romantic dinner. 👍👍 two thumbs up. What a wonderful place.

Your apartment is so stunning - I love how simplified everything is in terms of what you own and that you either found pieces to perfectly fit in the spaces or made custom ones. I would've definitely chosen an island over a balcony. Where I live I have both but I find I don't really enjoy being on my balcony because it's close enough to the neighbours that it doesn't feel super private.

I love the aesthetic style you've chosen. It's the kind of décor that works spectacularly well with apartments that have compelling modern architecture, not only because of the furniture selection you've made, but also because of the other details like the color scheme and fixtures, etc. I love those types of floor lamps; I have an Arco lamp from Manhattan Home Design and I love its Carrara marble base. I think you guys did an amazing job with the storage. The furniture is not my personal style, but I loved seeing everything you chose anyway bc it had a lot of cohesion and good reasoning behind it. Your apartment is absolutely perfect. The layout is just right for a couple and there is plenty of closet space for both of you. I have seen apartments that rent for $5,000 a month that are not as nice or as large as yours.
