HONESTLY... this video was one of the most vulnerable and challenging videos I've ever made. Thank you for being here with me on this journey. 🫶 Let’s break the stigma around sobriety and talk openly about how life-changing it can be to live alcohol-free. I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences in the comments below!

The best time to stop drinking alcohol is when it starts to bother you - not just hangovers but even when you are drunk. I stopped in 2019 after like 22 years alcohol usage and since then, my health has gotten so much better.

Iiiii agree. It causes so many problems for no reason. And then people need it to have fun. I hate it. I've been needing to learn to be okay with it though, as my partner likes to have some every now and then. I was at a flower shop by krucza and this man came in drink out of his mind and bought some flowers. Barely. It was so sad to see him walk away down the street. I feel bad for him and whoever the flowers were for. Anyway, great video, I agree with all of it!!

Lifelong teetotaler here. People don’t believe me when I say I’ve never had a sip of alcohol of any kind in any context. But I’m also 34 and get told I look like I’m in my late 20s (when bearded) or early 20s (when clean shaven). It never gets old being told i look younger than I am. So proud of you for your sobriety. Would totally invite you to my friend circle if I knew you in person.

Thanks for the video, the key difference for me was zero withdrawal symptoms, physical or mental, not even within the first thirty days, after Steffon Barkload and what he suggested it's been 9 months now it's like it never was a problem, reading that last version goolging what he put up. No AA or meds either was the factor that most attracted me too.

Little bit of flirting (beautiful, sweetheart), flirting stopped. As a fellow sober I am REALLY, really proud of you my sister (I think I can call my sister ("Polak, Węgier, dwa bratanki / I do szabli, i do szklanki / Oba zuchy, oba żwawi / Niech im Pan Bóg błogosławi.")) for stopping drinking any kind of alkohol. I became sober 3-4 years ago after an panic attack 1 day before my second pfizer covid injection because I remembered I suffered a lot instantly after my 1st Pfizer covid injection. I became sober because of my 2 medicines what I need to using for stopping anxiety and my nervousness. By my nature I am always have anxiety and nervousness what was disappered before the covid epidemic after drank some glass wine. I drank 1 glass alkohol half year ago after my psychiatrist told me I can drink a little bit a alkohol next to my medicines but keep that in my mind I need to leave 4 hours between my during the day medicine and in that 4 hours I became anxiety and nervousness. So I finally decided my mental health means a LOT more for than the alkohol. One more what I wanted to tell you before the covid epidemic I could say no to alkohol in anykind of event or I could stop after 1 glass of wine.

"Polak Węgier dwa bratanki" it was/is just Russian propaganda. Poland is far from ally with Russia. your brotherhood is with Putin, not Poland.

@marektln I didnt want to bring politics into this but there you go. Not every hungarian likes Viktor Orban, and Putin (personally I hate both), I am shame Viktor Orban. Please don't put every hungarian in the same category. Thanks from the name of other Viktor Orban and Putin haters hungarians. I wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

从12岁就开始喝酒的话,肝会不会不好,有没有去体检过呢?
@LauraMaliszewska4 күн бұрын
Hi! That’s so considerate of you 🫶 So to put it into perspective: I wasn’t a heavy drinker at 12, it was an occasional drink here and there, and the forbidden fruit aspect of it was more exciting than drinking itself. I’d say I drank the most often between the ages of 16-20, which is not better really, but still - every weekend was a good weekend for a lot of shots. Sadly. Having said that, I’ve had my blood tested multiple times since then and everything seems to be okay with me! Thankfully, I stopped early enough not to cause any further damage to my body. Thank you so much for thinking about that! What’s your journey like?
@RuixueJia-d2e4 күн бұрын
@LauraMaliszewska I drink occasionally, but I mainly stay up late and suffer from anxiety - induced insomnia. Due to family reasons, and I basically have nightmares every day, so my health is not very good. However, now my mentality has improved a lot, and I am also much braver. I feel that I still have infinite possibilities. Emotions and moods can also affect a person's health. Don't suppress your emotions and do more things you like. 😊😊 Thank you for sharing your experience, which has allowed me to see a brave person and also strengthened myself

Are there any vids on yt telling people why they should drink alcohol? Just asking
@LauraMaliszewska6 күн бұрын
I bet you’ll find them if you start looking but the question is why do you need more people telling you we should drink alcohol? have advertising, tradition, history, socializing rules, and artsy breweries not been doing that already?
@gromleif6 күн бұрын
@LauraMaliszewska You are right off course, but I mean someone without commercial interests.

0:20 this is the fact, the rest is acting, an you are good at it. You should become a politician, people would love you and the stories you talk about, which didn't and would happened.
