Do you have a crocheted pattern for this? If not, do you know how high it is in inches? I could convert it to crochet. I believe it's just to large rectangle that you fold over and stitch up.

Tried to log onto pattern request but advert is in the way. How can I get this pattern? How much is it? Can I use it to make multiple cowls to send to charities?
@Keldertrapje13 күн бұрын
I just got your pattern. I have a question : Can you explain better when you start knitting back and force in WS rows and RS rows. IStarted it and thought that it would be an attached ,due to the Judy's cast on, that I use for toe up sock knitting. The description leaves the WS and RS out after the first 2 rows. That way I also read the chart from right to left and left to right, but not reversing the purl to the knit and reverse in the second row. I thought that they were all RS rows. Redid it after 16 rows. Also the slip one with the yarn in the front (sl1yf) seemed to be making a brioche stitch and when I went back, knitted that stitch with the yarn over. Adding: bring the yarn back to knit the second stitch makes sense. It is not clear that it is a slipped stitch only. You are getting a nice edge, but it was supposed to be different. .

Hi! ... what is different about this pattern is that though you do JMCO you aren't working in the round. All odd number rows are RS rows and all even number rows are WS rows. RS rows (odd) are read right to left, and WS (even) are read from left to right. I hope this ehlps
@Keldertrapje9 күн бұрын
@@LauraNelkin figured that out the hard way. the difference is that with Judy's cast on, it works to make a pouch kind. It was not clear that you have to leave an opening and you have to work back and forth.

I am doing it! We had Covid when the first clue dropped. We were driving home 14 hours when clue two dropped. I have the cast on down great. Now, I am doing my best to learn the sucker stitch so I can complete clue 1, move on to 2 and maybe get a photo in for the deadline. #aplantodeviatefrom

Hi, On road to towards the end you slip 2 stitches with the yarn in front, That leaves a bit of a bar. Which I can see on my work. I don't see it on the sample you're working on. Am I doing this correctly?
@LauraNelkin3 ай бұрын
Hi! On RS rows you slip those 2 sts with the yarn in back which puts a float on the back and on WS rows those same two sts are slipped with yarn in front, so you'll see 2 bars on WS of the work!

I’m feel daft. If we’re casting a total of 130 stitches for JMCO, don’t we need to multiply that 10-wrap length by 13. What am I missing?
@JanetGreenley3 ай бұрын
You only need to count the wraps for the half of the stitches that go on the needle that are coming from the tail, not the whole amount of stitches. (If that makes sense!)
