I bake lots and lots not only for myself but also for my neighbors, friends and family and sometimes I make some extras for ourselves, but like I mentioned, it's really all about moderation. I ate one piece of toast with a smear of jam, not 3 or 4 pieces and loaded with jam, one small slice of marbled cranberry bread (a thin slice) and half of a waffle. Keep in mind that I didn't say I eat oatmeal everyday. Moderation and portion control is important and I also workout a lot!

This is SUCH a good video, thank you! I think this is a very healthy attitude an plan - it's easy, it's simple, and if people really think this through, it will help and be effective in maintaining weight. This is really how we SHOULD be eating.

I truly admire the way the Italian culture loves food and allows it to love you back. You are so right on with balance, whole real foods and really enjoying your food because its delicious AND because its good for you. America could use a little Italian Food 101. :)

You are right Laura.. I use my diet regalement like you.. And it works.. Very simple.. Just do not eat junk food, always moving your body like jogging or cardio, drink alot of water to keep hydrated and think about the portion when you eat something.. Better to eat BEFORE you Very hungry and Stop eating BEFORE you completely full.. And thats the way to get healthy and stay in shape.. I love food and I love eating.. But I know what should be my portion and I know When i have to stop.. :) I lost 28kg from 89kg to 61kg just for 6 month.. And it really helps! I dont need to drink a diet drugs or Workout like crazy or gym like you wanna be an underwear's models.. LOL.. Until now I stay in shape and feel so healthy and happy because I made it And it becomes my lifestyle :) *Sorry for my bad english :)

I think that most people are visual, and would respond better to actually seeing the food you would normally eat that day.Or even pictures of the food you would typically eat for the week. I guess that's what I was expecting.

Thanks for the tips! That's really nice of you :) I should drink more water. Yeah, I tend to think that my diet is so messed up if I can't help myself from eating a piece of chocolate. You're right! I should not let it affect my diet. It's summer here in Australia, I'm so not confident in wearing shorts and sleeveless tops. I think it's time that I take my 'diet' more seriously. I don't believe snacking is a bad thing. I think if it's an issue, one should cut it out before going back to it and yes, if one is snacking on candy and chips and even overindulging on supposed health food, it's not good either. However, if you workout a lot or you have a busy schedule, having healthy snacks are good. Homemade snacks or fruit, veggie and hummus . . . snacking will maintain your metabolism and you will not eat too much come your next meal.
@Adoriaclub4711 жыл бұрын
Dried fruits don't contain almost any water, unlike the fresh variant, so the sugar is much more concentrated in dry fruits than in fresh ones. Just to keep in mind, when snacking them. Hope that helps ;)
