This season of pandemic,me and my husband go through a lot of ups and down.2months ago we are separated and we both and the whole church suffered from it. i've lost everything i have.and been into another world alone..exactly feels what you just say..things go uneasy and i'm in no control of everything but to give it all to God and surrender..our past,present and our future.. my husband wreck his life to addiction and i started a new life working and surrendering my needs and my son's need to God. my heart was completely broken and crushed like the sand..i know God will mold it to something better.a new heart.. all of our plans,all of our dreams where fallen..and no thing is sure... one of the thing i learned is that nothing is permanent.our feelings,our pain,our happiness ..nothing is permanent only God's unfailing love and faithfulness remains unshakable unstoppable.i experience God's peace in the middle of my storm..He showed me that i know nothing i own nothing ..all i have is Jesus ..who is the supplier of all i need.

I was just listening to your songs and stumbled upon this Bible study videos.. Thank you. Going through pain and uncertainty is challenging specially when you live alone,when you hide some things on a clinched fist to keep yourself safe.. It made it even harder to surrender. I looked at my clinched fists and saw everything I've held on..and cried when I started to release them in complete surrender.. Philippians 4:6-7, I will remember this verse. I've realized this week that my anger and hostility towards these government restrictions are because I have control issues. God is trying to remind me this week to accept that I'm not in control here. First He placed "I Give Up" in my head, now he has brought me to your series. Thank you Laura, and God bless you!
