I just disclosed to my partner my status. My heart is in my stomach. I know that it is wrong to feel this way, but I wish I would’ve never said anything. I fear that I just lost the man I was supposed to be with. Your video helped me have faith that maybe one day I’ll meet somebody that I can disclose to earlier on and maybe he will stay by my side. I was raped in 2013 and the virus lies dormant in me. My doctors told me that I didn’t have to disclose it, I only told him because I thought that we would have a life together and I wanted him to know everything about me. Maybe they were wrong or maybe I was wrong, I don’t know. But thank you. If you can do it I can do it. I can’t wait to get to the point that you’re at with it.

I’m sooo very very sorry that you went through that. And to be honest I went through the exact same thing I was also raped by my ex boyfriend on November 6th 2019 and that’s how I got it. I pray that GOD mends your broken heart & that he gives you peace and that HE Blesses you with a loving & faithful Husband that’ll be with you through thick and thin and that’ll treat you like the Queen 👑 that you are & that he Loves you the way that you deserve to be loved & gives you all the Love & Happiness that your Heart can hold because you’re worth it. 🙏🏾 please don’t give up Hope & May GOD Bless you

Hey Neisha just reading your comment and wanted to let you know how brave your are! It’s a tough pill to swallow but at the same time it shows just how REAL you are. If he can’t accept it then it wasn’t meant to be. I know it’s frowned upon from people that know nothing about it but stay strong! I’m in the same boat looking for someone to accept me for it. Wishing mental health in the US was taken more seriously. I actually tried to sign up for online therapy through my employer but I won’t be able to see her for a couple of weeks and I’m not sure if I’m going to click. Depending on the health insurance you have here in the US can really determine the quality of therapy you get. Health insurance in the US just sucks unless you have a lot of money.
