The way I see it the Lawful part, where in Sebas's perspective the law of the Supreme Beings / Nazarick is more important than just being good from the Good part of his alignment.

To clear one thing up, the entire thing of having Sebas kill Tsuare was a test proposed by Demiurge to see if Sebas was truly loyal. Cocytus intervened the way he did to see if he'd actually put enough force in his punch to kill her. That was the test, which he passed.

ooooh, I see! Yeah, that does explain a lot. I thought it was weird at the time that Cocytus would save Tsuare at all, but he had shown a sort of mercy before, so I just attributed it to that. I figured he thought she could be useful. But yeah, that explanation makes WAY more sense.

Touch Me in game avatar is said to be a member of the Insectoid race. Combine that with the fact that Touch Me was said to be a fan of superheroes, particularly of the Tokusatsu variety (think Ultraman or Super Sentai AKA Power Rangers), many fans speculate that he may look like a grasshopper underneath his armor (because Kamen Rider).

Yeah, despite having become real living beings, who they are fundamentally is based on a combination of their programming and the personality of their programer. But while Ainz himself is actually terrified of them betraying him if he doesn't live up to their expectations of him, they literally Can't betray him of their own free will. If there was another player from the guild that came to this world with Ainz, that would cause some issues since while Ainz was the guild leader, if the other Supreme Being disagreed with Ainz, then there could possibly be some disagreement between NPCs of who to follow. And especially because NPCs besides Albedo would choose their own personal creator's will over Ainz's.
