Always been a really big fan of Killswitch. I have heard a few covers but so far none I feel like could hold a light to the original song. This one is probably the best so far. The music work is FLAWLESS. It was like you just were redubbing the original track. SO hats off to Chris, that was badass! The clean vocals were beautiful and I feel made enough of a contrast to the original song to make the cover your own, but also held the same power and feeling as the original. Jessie, hats off. The deep growls in sync with Lauren's vocals at 3:18 (my favorite part of the original song and this cover) gave me absolute chills. I couldn't help but to start singing along with you guys. While I still don't know if anyone can sing this song quite like Howard Jones, you two nailed it, made it your own and I had a blast listening to it. You have a new fan for sure!

I wonder if Killswitch Engage took notice of this themselves Lauren, because THAT was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Both of them you the growls and screams ON POINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Especially at the bridge/breakdown from @fullmetaljessie just before the chorus. If you watch Killswtich Engage's lead singer at the time scream and growl that part in the bridge/breakdown when they performed it live, it sounded JUST like it.
