I don't think he should have been fired (maybe given a last warning but who knows: maybe he'd already had one?) and I think Ava Evans is shocking but I also think we should stick to FACTS. He's a grown man and he should be able to express strong views about someone without being vulgar. I don't know if he was intoxicated at the time (I read a rumour) but that's no excuse either. He comes from a very rich family and I have known rich people to take their jobs for granted.
