I only got 7 minutes into the video but I can tell I will love using this throughout my pregnancy! We found out a couple days ago and I'm so excited. I meant to start a more active routine before having a child but it is what it is. Life got busy and God gave us a miracle in the midst of it. Better late than never!

I’m very early in my first pregnancy and I really want everything to go well. Going along with these stretches actually helps ease my mind and body, I have been doing them daily or twice daily for the past 4 days and intend to continue. I know it’s an older video but I appreciate it so much!

Friendly medical advice: only open twists in pregnancy or you could negativly impact circulation to your uterus
