I've been following your workouts since my first trimester, and they have been incredibly helpful while pregnant. Thank you for setting me and others up for success in staying active. Your core workout has helped eliminate my back pain. Now, in my third trimester, I'm enjoying this video.

Hi Lauren! I am a guy but I recently found your channel and started training! I could only manage this training with 1 lb dumbbells and could only manage till the 10 minute mark and then had to do the rest of the session without weights! 😔

Hi Rupin! That’s great! It doesn’t matter how much weight you are lifting, you will still see the benefits! As you get stronger you can slowly increase the weight! Keep it up!
