LOVE your Scent Sundays! My partner and I collect perfumes, and your scent preferences seem to be quite similar to mine! I have the full bottles of Absolute Aphrodisiac, Oud for Greatness, and Atomic Rose-currently on my 2nd bottle 😱 They are my go to absolute faves, but I wanted to recommend, on a waayyy cheaper pricepoint, Happyland Studio Paisley Dreams. It is such a beautiful scent... base notes are vanilla, musk, amber, honey (and more) with top notes of anise, bergamot and ylang ylang AND middle notes of cashmere and rose. FULLY RECOMMEND 😍

I recently unsubscribed from Scentbird as their prices went up and I've only enjoyed a few different perfumes in over 24 months. I got the Oakcha dupe for Mojave Ghost. Smells exactly the same. I felt like I needed it because I’m obsessed with the Oaui leave in conditioner with the Mojave ghost fragrance in it.

Have you heard of the house Sucreabeille? Sort of the literary sensibilities of Imaginary Authors, but WAY more - they have dozens (hundreds?) of fragrances, all different themes and aesthetics. It's a little overwhelming but they have a bunch of curated sample packs, as well as a choose-your-own option. I just placed my first order (there was one with a bread note??? I can't fucking wait) - I would be so interested to hear what you think of them.

Perfume is so subjective and each persons experience is unique. I have le labo the noir 29 and to me it’s more a day time signature fragrance. I think it’s the hay note which reminds me of my horses, the saddle’s and bridles leather and hay bales. Xxx

I've never heard of Maya Njie or Maison Tahité before, but I'm definitely making a note of the fragrances you mentioned from them because they sound divine. That's something I love about Scent Sundays - I get to hear about different brands that exist. I'm also drawn to the Goldfield & Banks Sunset Hour, but I have most of their perfumes on my wishlist and I do own a small bottle (10mL) of Southern Bloom. Something to note about Goldfield & Banks is that their perfumes are very intense so you really don't need to spray much.

Hi Lauren, great video and wishlist! Love Minut Et Demi probably in my top 5 perfumes, I crave that scent. Love Changing Constance but I do prefer Demi’s I think more. On the Intio they have a fantastic 10 ml sample set at Saks. I got mine when was running a promotion and love it! You should try Tribeca from Bond No 9 and Bois from Van Cleef and Arpels!

I bought an 8ml travel spray of Atomic Rose because everyone seemed to love it so I had to try. The second I sprayed I had an immediate headache, it’s sooooo strong! Definitely not for the faint of heart, atomic is an understatement 😂

I own Princess by Killian, that perfume is gooood. I wear it for parties and it lasts forever, I'm talking even after washing the shirt. It's marshmallows at first then matcha - i don't get much else from it

Thank for reminding me of akro awake. I don't drink coffee but I absolutely love the smell of it! I recently bought nishane wulong cha - that one was a splurge blind buy and its divine. I have really been spending on the fragrance this year so I feel your pain! I think the next one I want to add is something from Armani prive in yulong cha. It its different than a lot of what I own but it sounds so good!

RE: Akro "awake" - if you want a more affordable "sister" version, get comptoir sud de pacifique "vanilla cafe". You can find 1oz for about $30-40. It takes the sole COFFEEEEEEE scent about akro and dials it down to a more wearable scent. It smells more like latte than straight up ESPRESSO. there are hints of milk and vanilla that really smooth and round out the fragrance--smells like the perfect sweet (but not TOO sweet!) cup of coffee. Highly recommend to try!!!

I really want to try more fragrances from Kayali! They’re hardly in any stores so it’s hard to find to smell, but the one I want the most is invite only amber 23. My latest fragrance purchase was YSL libre, it smells amazing on but I can’t smell it after a few hours. I think I just get used to it because it gets a lot of compliments.

You say you like leather fragrance, Molinard Cuir is a nice soft one and very affordable, under 100$, it was a blind buy for me and I don't regret it. Not the best longevity and projection but it is not a strong heavy leather like Ombré Leather per say, it's beautiful ;)

If you want to try a deep spicy vanilla try nishane ani or a good boozy vanilla is m micaleff note vanille. Some good chocolates to try gallager wicked good, 4160tuesdays over the chocolate shop,xerjoff symponium and navitus serenade,emperyal. Some good tropicals to get your nose on simone andreoli Malibu party in the bay, leisure in paradise, hamaca 27 87, memo tamarindo and kilian moonlight in heaven. I know you like kinda woody scents you have to try bdk gris charnel or the extrait form of it.not sure if you've tried any of these but just fyi.❤️💯FYI. Before you buy sunset hour test the wear time cause I have it and find it performs like a body spray but a nice scent,bohemian lime from them is good also.

Hedione is jasmine aromachemical that is impossible not to like. It's very lightweight and has nothing of the thickness of pure jasmine. There's a newer version if it called Paradisone, which is much stronger without losing any of the lightness. Edited: pink pepper in perfumes aren't really a pepper note. A new extraction method was used to create it (it usually goes by it's French name "Baie Rose") and it was first used in Esteé Lauder "Pleasures". It has a fresh herbal/rosy scent as it's currently in *everything*. It's not exciting at all, but very easy on the nose. Last edit (?): if anyone goes nuts with the smell of Moroccanoil, you need to get your mitts on a sample of Serge Lutens "Chergui". They smell very similar, but obviously Chergui goes the hair stuff in complexity. I had lusted after Lutens' "Ambre Sultan" since way before e-commerce was a thing, and way back then you could only buy it from a single store in Paris. But I swapped for perfume samples and got to experience Chergui and that was it. Had to get it.
