Such a fun part of the trail! Cool that they included it on the route :) and yeah the tan just kept getting darker as the trail got hotter haha

I missed this one... Funny that you did part of your trail in a kayak, so did I on my way to Santiago de Compostela.😊 Here is my video, but only the 3rd day, the other days were on my bike! 😊 kzbin.info/www/bejne/mprWXpt5lrRjgq8 Oh yes, you did nog use enough suntan lotion, I think. Being out on the water, the sun burns pretty hard! Kids in France (and Spain) stay up very late. It was always a pain when we had to make our kids go to bed on time when we were camping... Good to see I wasn’t the only one getting a canoe then not having a clue what I was doing 😂 they just send everyone down the river and hope for the best. It was a lot of fun though. Stage 4 was a tough stage but looks like you smashed it 💪🏼 I agree with you about the camp sites, they were busy and annoying but I did the same as you, just got them once a week to charge up the power bank. I made a little vlog of my canoe adventure down the river Tarn. Check it out on my channel 👍🏼 I’m loving seeing your experience on the Hexatrek as I pretty much hiked it solo and didn’t really hike with any other Hexatrekkers.

Haha yeah there were a lot of folks who looked like they’d never paddled before 😂 I got the best of both worlds as far as solo time and finding other hikers, probably about 50/50, so I’m very grateful for that!
