i'll be heading to uni next year and would really prefer a studio due to my ocd and autism but am worried I'll miss out on the social aspect of university, how did you find it? was it still easy to meet people and make friends? did you ever regret having a studio rather than halls?

I have autism too and im planning on having a studio when i start. There are studios in halls, in the same flats with people who arent in studios and have a normal kitchen. You can hang out in there with your flatmates :)). Theres also the social areas in the uni that you can hang out in and you'll meet people in clubs and classes. I'm obviously not there yet either, but these are some of the things ive been told myself when worried about the same things
