I wished she was able to come out for whoppie to do the reunion on the view. She shouldve told how that movie and role changed her life as well ( though she was already with the fugees the wasnt known yet) Whoppie remembered her from when she was booed on the apollo a few short years earlier ( she was 11 at the time and the last child to be booed on Apollo) She was great but nervous. She then did minor role on the soup opera young and restless. Whoopie remembered her and said i want that girl she got something ❤ . Im glad Ms. SHERYL LEE RALPH ( ritas mom ) was there to represent for herself lauren and whoppie ( one of her dear friends since there early years in the industry) .
