curse of the tower is kind of slept on tbh, its literally carried 2 delirium fights (i played one, my brother played the other) first time i had sacred heart, sad bombs, remote detonator, and glitter bombs so if i got hit enough it was a nuke 2nd time my brother had pyromaniac, bomber boy, and the wafer so he literally could not lose health overall not a bad item but it does have its risks

That's my main right there! The key of T. Sam is once you activate Berserk you ignore pickups, special rooms and that kinda stuff and just go on a rampage towards the boss (or until your Berserk runs out), after that you can get checking treasures, shops, secrets and the like. I find it super fun!
