I love that statement, Jesus speaking to the rich man never preached the gospel of how to be saved but how you cannot be saved by keeping the Law. God bless, enjoying your content.

Amen gentlemen, I believe this is were most of the confusion comes in, when people read the bible without law gospel distinction.

I think a lot of the problem is that people build a gospel with doctrine, instead of building doctrine on the Gospel. The Gospel is the foundation that we build everything on. But, some are using the materials used for the "house" on the foundation. Whatever we build will only stand on the proper foundation, which is the Gospel. If it is something that is not built on the plain and simple Gospel, it is material that will burn, instead of material that will last.

CHRIST require obedience it’s all threw the Bible you even got to obey the gospel 2thess1:9 -whoever tragressed and abide not in the doctrine of CHRIST hath not GOD whoever abide in the doctrine of CHRIST had the father and the son. If you don’t abide in CHRIST doctrine you don’t even have his spirit. 2 thessa 1:8 -takin vengeance on them that no not GOD and obey not the gospel of the lord JESUS CHRIST !! See the problem is majority of so call christains has false spirit the spirit of err got people deceive thinking it’s YAH spirit

Man loves to “balance” law and grace, but what Man calls “balance”, God calls “mixture”. I think Christ is saying “It’s either pure law (which none can fulfill but Christ), or pure Grace, which is the only true answer. By placing our trust and faith in the blood of Jesus and his gospel, that IS us receiving HIS Perfection instead of the eternal damnation we truly deserve. It’s like, when we believe we take off our own name from our jersey and place his name there instead, and as soon as you do, the one whom seeks devour is immediately going to getting you to take that name off your jersey. Those who break and take it off, are thereby rejecting what they have come to know, and therefore never truly believing to begin with, and has “wickedly departed”. Is this accurate?

Alternatively- you take your name off, put Christ on! But when take Christ off, and out our own name back on (we’ve become cane) Wearing the gospel, (we’ve become able) But if you put on some other name..you’ve allowed yourself to be “marked” by the enemy and have THEN wickedly departed. Maybe a little more accurate?
