I too am of the solemn view that expressions of sexuality is a private and sensitive issue and should not be subjected to any criminal aspect except in the case of violence...etc..our focus should be to penalize any kind of violence involved as per the degree or intensity of a violent.act..will look.forward to hear more from.you..regards..

Sir you have pitched for decriminalization of adultery on grounds that it is based on consensual choices given under art 21, but it will give impetus to the trend of pleasing the senses,and consequently more case of breach of matrimonial contract would emerge given no detterent would remain, will be detrimental to the matrimonial sanctity , theoretically one may opt out of marriage if found guilty of adultery but what if it is not found and is being continued for long and in covert manner, practically it may not be possible for a person to come in fresh marriage contract with other person every time adultery is found, it may induce a sense of tolerance towards adultery despite remaining socially married, and I think will be big blow to the institution of marriage.

This is the problem-spouse treated like property of each other-important is to talk in other language -for any matrimonial relationship to succeed-faithfulness is essence-but again it treats each other as property and invasion of personal freedom to choose
