Algebra stems from the Arabic word al-jabr,", a word derived from the title Al-Khwarizmi's book, Kitab al-Jabr. He is also called Grandfather of computer science".

Meri 2 marriage huwi hai..aur maine 1st wife k nam per meri property transfer kiya tha aur kuch property 1st wife k nam per buy bhi kiya tha.. aur 1st wife ki death huwi aur us-se muze sirf ek he daughter hai.. AUR 2nd wife se 3 son hai..TOH mai aur daughter aur mere 3 son alive hai so property distribute kaisi hogi?? Aur kon sherer hoge?

In case there is no other heir present (eg your mother, father, wife ) the remaining 1/3 will go to your daughters by doctrine of return (radd), so the whole property will be inherited by your daughters equally (50-50).

In islam, when a person has children, his parents get 1/6th. The remainder goes to his children. And his wife. Any woman, if her husband had any children with any wife, that woman will get 1/8th because the majority has to be inherited by the children. But if a woman has a childless husband (no children from any wife) then that woman gets 1/4th. So she gets more this way. Whether it is 1/8 or 1/4 that is the maximum amount that is divided by the number of wives, even if there are four wives they will get this much divided between them. They will not get 1/8 or 1/4 each, unless there was only ever one wife. A widow is a wife. Then after all this the remainder is divided in the children. Then son gets twice the share of his sister. Islam wants money to stay within the blood line. Grandchildren do not inherit from their grandfather if their father has died, that is because it would be unjust to the grandchildrens paternal uncles. The uncles have a greater right to inherit from their father because they are his ‘next’ of kin. They are his direct children. If a man is childless then after his wife, all his property is divided between his brothers and sisters and his parents if the parents are alive. In islam a son blocks inheritance, because islam wants the money to stay in the blood line, if a man only has daughters they will get a maximum of half the inheritance between them. The remainder will go back to their fathers brother and sisters. So based on this, children do not inherit from their maternal grandfather because their maternal uncle and aunts would get all the money. They only inherit from their fathers side of the family, not mothers side. Although they will inherit directly from their mother.
