I used to think if there was someone or something I was dealing with that was unpleasant it meant I had more healing to do and would continue to engage with the difficult person or circumstance, believing there was a lesson to learn. I now know that the lesson is I do not have to engage. I feel a huge amount of freedom from this. Thank you for your videos as they help in practical ways. 🙏

See, I agree with all of this, but as someone who has a difficult time with emotional dysregulation, it is so much work. ( i am aware of my mindset.) But situations and certain people can really contribute to, well, at least for me, my well being and not everyone can escape those times or become indifferent.

I got issues with this too and if I would not be me, I think I would reach my goals faster. But that's my way and I'm fine with it. But I try to shift my focus as much as I can. I think noones perfect at this. Sending you light, love and strength 🫶🏾

Nothing is ever impossible. Sometimes you may just have to work harder at it. It may be a lot of work but nothing worth having comes easily. As long as you keep making an effort it will start to come easier, and while you are learning how to do that - you will also begin to learn ways that work for you uniquely. But also remember that when you are having a moment that pain resurfaces - it doesn’t mean you have failed or are regressing. Just remind yourself that it is okay to feel and process the emotions. It rewrites the emotional association to the person or event.

I do as well, and I’ve had trouble my whole life with not engaging with things I don’t want. Lately, I’ve started redirecting that energy into manifestation. Every time I start to dwell on something I don’t want, I turn my thoughts towards what I want instead. It seems to be working so far.

Thnx Rei, really good video! I always blamed myself for a lot of those situations. Not listening good enough or not learning the right lesson. This is something, i also notice, brings people together and instead of talking about things that make us sad or angry, we talk about things that make us happy and look forward of doing more. Too many people i know are stuck in the negative spirals. Whilst it is ok to vent once every while, cause we are human, we should not be stuck in it.

The hard one for me is, for example, when I’ve determined that someone is a really poor fit for me yet there’s a reason I can’t just walk away or ignore them. They are someone I have to keep dealing with… that brings out frustration…

You know what’s worse than that? When your spirit literally won’t allow you to physically move your body. It stops you from having your body mine won’t let me have any freedom she and he punish me physically for trying to be healthy and happy.

@cecilyerker

Do research on the subject, collaborate with medical professionals about possible solutions, and eat a low inflammatory diet, maybe even a carnivore diet. Use it as an opportunity to solve inter-related physical health issues. Also try acupuncture or Chinese medicine as a supplement. It can reduce inflammation naturally.

I think feeling your emotions is important though and looking deeper within especially if it’s a cycle. They help you to get to know yourself better & others around you. You can choose to not deal with it in the moment & come back to it later. Or step away and deal with it not necessarily sit with it all day. Emotions are important. Look up Teal Swan she can help.

This video is popping up at the right time for me. I have some neighbors moving in who I can tell are going to be very loud and obnoxious. I'm already preparing myself for my new reality and figuring out how I can not let it bother me. It's hard for me as I have kids and I hate when their sleep is interrupted.
@mellifergold
@mellifergold 9 ай бұрын
That' s a diffucult one - I have had it for years and tried everything, including " not engaging ". In my case the best solution in the end was : telling them how it affected me ( no sleep / tiredness etc.) and then, after this did not do it also calling the police and telling the landlady... I know , this is very uncool, but some of us have to really take a stand for our own wellbeing, and if that includes not being the nice, chill person, so be it. - Depends where you are coming from - If you have a history of abuse and being treated badly with disrespect, that might be the lesson - demand it for yourself - and your kids. Best wishes ! 🌼
