Respectfully, on the element of publication....does it amount to defamation where an image or picture of a person has been significantly altered to his disadvantage by way of editing to an extent that it reduces the person's natural (real) look (especially on the front page of a news paper or website) ?

You didn't explain innuendo properly. I'm not saying what you said is wrong but your haven't gone in detail. Such as types of Innuendo. The other issue is the husband and wife exception you raised, please can you clarify that in your next tutorial?
