The amount of times Joe & Roxie kept saying “shut up!” made it clear that they had no idea what they were doing. Joe was clearly someone sitting on a whole heap of rage & drugs. People like him should always be watched out for so they don’t do anything like this. Also, Olivia was awesome in this episode! She and her squad the perfect example of how cops should be in situations!

Made it clear that no one knows what's going to happen when someone is doing drugs as much as Joe is doing. Their thoughs, if any, are going in and off... And a basic civilian, that's what I am, can't handle it. (And I was renting an apartment very close to an area where they are doing drugs...best piece of advice : be cautious.)

Anybody thought back to the Episode Spooked (season 11) watching this? I couldn't help thinking back about Elliot and how he reacted, not just in Spooked but in any other episode (take Sheep for instance) where Olivia was held hostage, and how there is not even any comparison between HIS and Tucker's reaction!.... I haven't seen season 17, but I mean so Olivia was dating Tucker in that season and THAT is all that goes on between them after she was held by a psycho at a gunpoint?!.... he just took her arm, and she called him "Tucker" giving him her thanks! .. Hell, Elliot held her and shielded her like his other half, in Spooked! Her "boyfriend" couldn't do better than taking her arm and telling her emotionlessly "you did great"?.... I never saw Olivia with Tucker as even a possibility for a romantic relationship... there isn't even half the depth of the bond and emotion Olivia & Elliot had in that scene..

I've always wondered how the fate of the perp in that situation is handled, do they ever consider letting the perp live so they can take them into custody or at that point they're getting sniped no matter what? So the perp basically has to surrender on his own in order to live?
